Jackie Basile
VP of Development
As Vice President of Development at Encore Renewable Energy, Jackie leads a dynamic team of solar project developers, driving the successful execution of innovative and sustainable solar projects. Prior to joining Encore, Jackie developed community and utility-scale solar projects throughout the United States, engaging with various utilities, local permitting authorities and regulatory agencies. Jackie excels in navigating complex regulatory environments and guiding project development efforts towards successful outcomes. At Encore, she will lead the growing project development team as the company expands into new markets and deploys innovative, community-centered practices such as agrivoltaics.
Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Resource Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping with her family and dogs.
