We Work With

We help landowners, businesses, institutions and utilities unlock the economic and environmental opportunities associated with community scale solar and energy storage projects.

We partner with landowners to provide at least 25 years of lease revenue for undervalued land and help businesses, institutions and utilities secure the most cost competitive sources of renewable energy and energy storage available on the market today. Through this work, we help all of our partners play a critical role in addressing our region’s clean energy needs while improving resiliency and reliability of the grid.

Our portfolio includes projects developed on farms, landfills, gravel pits, brownfield sites, parking lots and roof tops.

If you are interested in discussing ways to participate with us in advancing the clean energy economy of tomorrow, please contact us today.

Landowners

Every solar project begins with the relationship between a landowner and our team. As projects move forward over time and additional risk factors and complexities are identified, we remain committed to ensuring that the initial relationship is honored.

Landowners

Business and Institutions

Pursuing a solar and/or energy storage project is a smart decision for any for-profit, non-profit, municipal or educational institution, both as a way to save on future energy costs, as well as to provide a tangible commitment to sustainability.

Utility and Electric Cooperatives

Throughout its history, we have developed a brand that caters to the unique constraints, risks, and regulatory frameworks within which municipal, investor-owned, and cooperative utilities operate. We remain a partner to you.

Communities

Our team partners with local communities across the Northeast to deliver clean, affordable and reliable power to foster healthy communities and keep the lights on. A solar or storage project delivers a number of benefits to the community it serves.

Non-profits

Nonprofits are mission-driven organizations working to solve some of the greatest challenges facing society. Investing in renewable energy can both align with, and help an organization achieve, its mission. We have had the privilege to help a number of nonprofits realize the full potential of developing solar and storage.
