Encore Renewable Energy Director of Business Development, Jesse Stowell, was recently named to the Board of Directors for the New York Solar Energy Industries Association (NYSEIA) following a competitive selection process. Jesse will join other industry leaders in helping to shape policy and advocacy efforts around what will ultimately be one of the largest solar markets on the East Coast.
