Rob Greer joined the Encore team in May 2021 as the Director of Clean Energy Solutions. Prior to joining Encore, Rob worked as a residential solar sales leader in both the Massachusetts and Arizona markets. With 7 years in solar sales, Rob has coached solar sales teams on how to create the best possible buying experience for customers. This led to glowing customer reviews, a higher volume of referrals, and ultimately a more cost-effective way to grow solar adoption. He is grateful to transfer his residential solar sales experience to larger-scale commercial solar and battery projects with Encore.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY Oswego, and a Sustainable MBA through Green Mountain College. For fun, Rob enjoys playing guitar, kayaking, and snowboarding. He also appreciates friendly people, good puns, and useless talents across a wide spectrum.
