Bill recently joined the Encore team as Director of Clean Energy Solutions. He’s spent the last two years developing the U.S. market for high-capacity, long-duration energy storage projects. He has over 30 years experience in the energy industry and has originated and supported more than 9 GW of power generation projects in the US, Europe, and Africa. He also held staff development positions with Entergy and in the oil refining and marketing industry. A subject matter expert on power generation, Bill spent over a decade writing for the Dow Jones Newswires (then AP-Dow Jones) and was editor of their International Petroleum Report from 1986-1992, most recently he’s been published in the Financial Times.
Bill holds a Masters Degree in Finance from London Business School and a BA from Davidson College. He lives with his family near Bennington, VT.
