Encore acquired all development assets from Southern Vermont-based PowerGuru and completed construction of a 750kW solar array in Shaftsbury, Vermont. The project provides net metering credits at a discount for a number of off-takers through Vermont’s virtual net metering program, resulting in cumulative annual electrical savings for the net metering customers associated with the array.
