Encore designed, developed, financed and constructed this project on balance sheet to serve as an operating asset for the Company. The customer for the project, the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, will receive net metering credits on its electrical bill at a discount, resulting in a savings of approximately $25,000 per year at no cost to the customer.
