Encore served as the full-service clean energy development company for this community-scale solar project located on Misty Knoll Farm. The project is located on a previously unusable portion of the property, adjacent to the manure storage area. The Middlebury Foods Cooperative will receive long-term value in the form of electricity savings with no capital expenditure on the system.
