Housing Vermont – Round Barn

Encore was retained by Housing Vermont, the State of Vermont’s leading affordable housing development agency, to deliver a third net metered community-scale solar project at the Round Barn facility in Grand Isle, Vermont under a turnkey design, development and construction agreement. The project was constructed on a portion of the Round Barn campus that had no other higher or better use.
