Emerald Street Solar

Encore worked with the owner of a large historic commercial building located in downtown Keene, New Hampshire to deliver a 140kW roof-mounted solar array. The array will assist the building owner to meet their sustainability objectives through a long-term investment which will create electricity price stability and an attractive rate of return on investment. Encore secured a critical grant from The State of New Hampshire to ensure the financial viability of the project and was responsible for all design, permitting and construction activities related to the project. The project was commissioned on April 2019.
