Encore served as turnkey solar developer and IPP for this project which was developed under a Purchase Power Agreement with Burlington Electric Department. This community-scale solar project was built on multiple rooftops across the Burlington School district. Encore utilized a highly-innovative financing arrangement to develop the project in a manner which provided an economic benefit to the City of Burlington over the life of the project, while adding to Encore’s solar generation asset base.
