Bradford Solar is a 590kW commercial-scale, ground-mounted, net-metered solar project for which Encore is providing a turn-key set of development and construction services to the project investor, who is also the landowner. Encore’s scope of work includes development, design, and construction of the PV system. The project is expected to be commissioned in Q3 or Q4 2020.
