Encore Renewable Energy founder and CEO, Chad Farrell, participated in a clean energy panel discussion at the third annual Vermont Young Professionals annual summit held on September 9, 2017 in downtown Rutland, Vermont. The meeting was intended to provide young Vermont-based professionals with insights into important aspects of starting and maintaining a business and keeping younger members of the state’s workforce engaged in the 21st century economy. The clean energy panel served as an opportunity to discuss advantages and challenges for businesses engaged in the clean energy sector in Vermont, providing participants with a lens into the current and future business trends within the clean energy marketplace.
