Encore Renewable Energy founder and CEO, Chad Farrell, was invited to provide an overview of solar PV project finance to a select group of officials at the Vermont Department of Public Service responsible for regulating energy generation resources in the State. During the presentation on November 16, 2017, Mr. Farrell provided a high-level summary of the current status of the solar PV market, offered insights into potential future market developments and led regulators through an analysis of the various levers and sensitivities associated with the financial models that govern investments into commercial, industrial and community-scale solar PV projects.
