Encore Renewable Energy CEO Joins Renewable Energy Vermont’s Board of Directors

Chad Farrell, Encore Renewable Energy’s founder and CEO, was recently asked to join the Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Vermont (REV), the statewide renewable energy trade organization in Vermont that is dedicated to working towards increased, affordable, and comprehensive renewable energy use throughout the state. Encore has been active in supporting REV’s regulatory engagement efforts for an extended period of time, through financial support, participation in legislative advocacy efforts, and direct testimony, much of which have helped Vermont become a national leader in the transition away from fossil fuels and toward distributed forms of clean energy generation.
