Company Founder Chad Farrell will assume the role of Founder & President, where he will continue to guide Encore’s long-term strategic direction, lead government and industry engagement, cultivate senior customer and partner relationships, and steward the company’s mission-driven culture. After a decade of co-leading the company, Blake Sturcke, is now Chief Executive Officer, responsible for operational execution, corporate finance, M&A and scaling Encore’s platform as the company accelerates national expansion. Under this new leadership structure, Encore is poised to further their commitment to impact, strategic growth and market leadership in the clean energy transition.
