Encore’s Chad Farrell was invited to be a panelist for a session at then 2021 Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility’s annual conference. The discussion centered around how VBSR businesses can bring their companies to the next level of environmental and social regeneration and covered the significant advancements in clean energy technology and the control systems tying everything together.
Chad’s remarks related to the proliferation of third-party capital resources into the clean energy markets and how creative financing tools can be brought to bear to engage around new forms of energy generation, storage, EV and heat pump roll-outs. Chad also provided current insights into the developing federal infrastructure package and other funding opportunities to assist in moving Vermont through the energy transition and toward a future dominated by distributed clean energy assets in a just, equitable and cost-effective manner possible.
