Encore Renewable Energy CEO, Chad Farrell, participated in the Solar Energy Industry Association’s Executive Strategy Session in Washington, D.C. The session was intended to draw together leaders in the solar industry to discuss the roadmap for building the solar plus storage economy in the U.S. over the next decade, with a focus on building consensus around a clear vision for the solar energy industry’s ambitious future, within the context of the larger energy marketplace. The goals of the session were to develop a shared roadmap for the industry, identify priority issues that need to be tackled, and, ultimately, develop an outline for a 10-year Solar + Storage Roadmap to be released at the national Solar Power International conference in September.
