Habib joined Encore in early 2021, as a Financial Analyst in the Business Development area. In this position, he will lead the company’s financial modeling with respect to project finance and business development activities.
Prior to Encore, Habib worked in the real estate industry where he helped the underwriting of 1.1M sq ft of acquisitions and managing over 2.3M sq of commercial and industrial assets. Additionally, he was responsible for supporting the development, construction, and financing of an eight-story, 28-unit multifamily asset in Bronx, NY.
Habib graduated from the University of Scranton’s Kania School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a focus in Finance. Habib currently lives in Greenwich, CT.
