South Ridge Solar is the third project under a long-term partnership between Encore and a leading Vermont real estate investment and construction company, ReArch Company. Encore was responsible for the design, development, and construction of this 750kW commercial-scale, ground-mounted, net metered solar project in Middlebury, Vermont. The project was commissioned in Q4 2019.
The project will generate net metering credits that will be utilized by ReArch to reduce their annual electric costs across a number of ReArch’s assets, while also supporting the company’s sustainability goals.
