Encore was engaged to provide turnkey solar project design and development services, coordination of project financing and management of construction for a commercial-scale roof-mounted net metered solar project in downtown St. Albans, Vermont. The project will provide net metering credits at a discount to Cabot Creamery Cooperative to offset its electrical costs associated with its refrigerated storage operation at the site. The project is one of the largest roof-top solar PV projects in the State of Vermont.
