Joseph Glinski

VP of Accounting

Joseph Glinski is the Vice President of Accounting at Encore Renewable Energy, where he leads the company’s accounting and financial asset management functions in support of its growing vertically integrated renewable energy platform. A Certified Public Accountant, Joseph is a seasoned finance leader with deep technical expertise in the renewable energy sector, spanning accounting, tax equity structuring, and asset management.

Joseph brings strong strategic-finance capabilities paired with specialized expertise in HLBV accounting, tax equity partnerships, energy credit monetization, and asset optimization across diversified project portfolios. Prior to joining Encore, Joseph was a foundational team member at one of North America’s leading renewable energy asset management firms, where he built and scaled the accounting and finance function through periods of rapid multi-asset growth, including technology implementations, acquisitions, and increasing institutional investor engagement.

Joseph holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with his family, running and biking, and engaging in strategic board games.
