Emilie Grenier is Chief People Officer at Encore Renewable Energy, where she leads the company’s people strategy in support of its mission to accelerate the transition to clean energy. With a career rooted in scaling organizations across clean energy and B2B SaaS, Emilie brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop strong leaders and design people practices that enable sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Encore, Emilie held senior people leadership roles in fast-growing companies, including Calendly and the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), where she partnered closely with executive teams to support organizational scale, operational rigor, and long-term impact. At Encore she is known for her human-centered yet highly pragmatic approach, balancing culture, performance and business outcomes to ensure the organization is positioned for continued success in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Emilie holds a Master’s degree from the University of Vermont and an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College.
