On September 26, 2019, Chad Farrell, Encore’s Founder and CEO, was invested to speak a group of 8th grade students from Camel’s Hump Middle School in Richmond, Vermont about the value of education, passion and hard work, starting a clean energy development business, and how these future contributing members of society can become more engaged around the issue of climate change. Chad’s remarks drew upon his own experiences from childhood, through his education and his professional experiences to provide a message of hope and inspiration for these young folks.
