Chad Farrell was invited by Vermont’s Lieutenant Governor, Molly Gray, to participate in her regular Seat at the Table panel discussion. The Seat at the Table series is a regular discussion in which the Office of the Lieutenant Governor invites community, business, and non-profit leaders, as well as legislators and administration officials to the State House (virtually) to discuss topical issues facing the state and its communities.
Following his service on Vermont’s Climate Council, Chad participated in the first panel discussion of the 2022 legislative session on January 10 to help amplify efforts within the state to respond to climate change as outlined in Vermont’s Climate Action Plan – including the scope of renewable energy projects needed to meet the Plan’s goals and the need for workforce training and development.
